Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Design, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Communications, Organizational Studies or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Design, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Communications, Organizational Studies or a related field and 4 years of work experience.Must have 2 years of experience in developing design thinking based experiences to support transformative client engagements in any combination of two or more of the following objectives:
- Understanding clients’ biggest questions and broadening their exposure to aligned market trends, case studies, examples, and leading practices.
- Presenting options to clients that will drive significant change in relation to their biggest questions.
- Creating tactical and practical steps for resolution.
- Supporting the alignment of groups through collaborative facilitation and design thinking experiences.Must have 2 years of experience translating complex issues into coherent problem statements and designing processes to enable organizations to resolve complex issues.Must have 2 years of experience in managing the design of and facilitating the delivery of innovation workshops/sessions.Must have 2 years of experience in planning and managing at least two complex and critical projects across multiple locations.Must have 2 years of experience in supervising advisory/consulting professionals.Requires domestic travel up to 90% of the time in order to serve client needs.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
