You’ll make an impact by:
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback
- Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment
- Serve as a partner for business leadership in resolving defects, bugs, and site errors
- Partner cross functionally with stakeholders in business and technology on root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve issues at their core
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project/program plans and timelines; track progress, identify dependencies, and remove barriers to drive the successful execution of action plans
- Ensure alignment of workflow across multiple business areas
- Partnering with cross functional teams to identify and assess performance gaps
- Creating a communication strategy and reporting content to executive leadership
- Driving accountability and transparency across the organization
