The Impact You'll Be Making
Lead technical discussions with customers, using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise to understand their needs and demonstrate how Microsoft solutions can address them.
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and addressing customer pain points with solutions and business cases.
Share customer insights and best practices with Engineering to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
Develop a technical strategy that maps the customer's vision, resolves concerns, prevents and removes technical blockers, and validates a strong business case for investment.
Conduct technical assessments to create a map of the current landscape and build technical migration and modernization plans.
Identify new opportunities within customer engagement.
Maintain and grow expertise in AI technologies, Application Innovation, Integtation Services, Data Modernization, Analytics, Data Warehousing, while keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.
·Scale through partners by acting as a liaison between the partner and account team, facilitating partner resources and processes, and supporting partner technical capacity by identifying skill and resource gaps. Develop customer technical skilling plan in collaboration with customer and account team.
