** This role can be based in any Europe location where AWS has a major office – London, Paris, Luxembourg, Munich, Madrid, etc. **
Key job responsibilities
- Drive top-line revenue growth and adoption of Security partner solutions on and with AWS
- Define the EMEA Security partner strategy, capacity and capability for Consulting partners required to meet the current and future needs of EMEA customers within the overall security strategy.
- Support Partner Development Managers and partners across practice development, solution creation, and innovation to deliver on capacity and capability goals
- You will also serve as a subject matter expert on the Security offerings of our partners, supporting partner management and sales teams through campaigns, initiatives and sales programs
The ideal candidate will have experience driving successful Security partnership initiatives at scale, as well as a strong background in Security sales or business development with a proven track record of executing go-to-market motions. You should possess strong strategic thinking abilities, data-driven decision-making skills, and working knowledge of AWS security services. You should have over 5 years’ experience working in a security consulting partner, SI, GSI, Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or within an organisation as a security practitioner and be proficient with Security and Cloud Security concepts, use cases and terminology

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Solid experience with Security technologies, minimum 10 years of experience, ideally with a sales/GTM background in Security Consulting, Managed Security Services (MSS), Managed Detection & Response (MxDR) or other security use cases.
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience of EMEA market drivers, regulations and frameworks.
