Senior Consultant - Technology Consulting

This role is based in Pōneke (Wellington).

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

• Bring 3–5 years of experience, along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results-driven solutions—aligned with our purpose of building a better working world. You’re a creative thinker ready to take the next step in your career.

• Project and Technology Delivery: Expertise in project design, management, and delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall, including solution architecture, technology strategy, and operating model development.

• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with project teams to identify solutions, resolve issues, and ensure successful business adoption, user training, and change management. Along with experience in data and systems migration, deployment, and consistently meeting client and stakeholder expectations.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

• Consulting and Analytical Expertise : Experience working with IT in a consulting capacity, with a strong analytical mindset to assess and solve complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company. Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
