Consultant - Technology Consulting

This role is based in Pōneke (Wellington).

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

• Bring 1-3 years of experience, alongwith a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results-driven solutions—aligned with our purpose of building a better working world.

• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, collaborating with teams to design and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.

• Work closely with project teams to identify solutions, resolve issues.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

• Consulting and Analytical Expertise : Experience working with IT in a consulting capacity, with a strong analytical mindset to assess and solve complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company. Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
