Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Value Office, setting the vision and strategy for operational excellence and value realization across digital programs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting processes for the Digital Factory.
• Oversee portfolio-level reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to provide clear visibility of project health and outcomes.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and performance management across teams and service streams.
• Facilitate cadence rituals such as quarterly planning, retrospectives, and delivery reviews to maintain operational rhythm and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore approaches.
• Serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teams to promote transparency and effective communication.
• Drive adoption of standardized templates, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
• Oversee support handover coordination and ensure seamless transitions to operational teams.
• Monitor delivery health, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital operations, PMO leadership, or delivery management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, portfolio management, and delivery metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with resource planning, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and value realization.
