Lead the design and ongoing development of our current and future car insurance offerings, bringing innovative ideas and creative thinking to improve risk quality, pricing accuracy, and customer experience

Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Insurance Operations experts to lead the development of coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements

Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to prioritize and implement these features, with user experience always at the forefront

Monitor key financial results, product profitability, and competitive intelligence, while communicating relevant info to stakeholders across the organization

Steer team resourcing and capacity

Promote best-in-class processes, underpinned by advanced technology to support the growing needs of a fast-growth line of business

12+ years of personal lines insurance product or state management experience, with experience managing large teams at top-tier, national carriers, or consultancies

Relevant prior experience in personal lines and auto, strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field

Proven track record of managing countrywide or regional product enhancement and development—including rate levels, risk segmentation, risk selection, and policy forms

Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams

Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple way to audiences of all backgrounds

Highly analytical, with a knack for identifying trends, relaying results, and taking action

Comfortable with new technologies, prioritization challenges, and simultaneously handling multiple, large-scale projects

Ability to work remotely
