Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
Specific accounting responsibilities will include but are not limited to, revenue recognition analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly reporting schedules, billing/accounts receivable, and inventory accounting. Specific government compliance responsibilities will include but are not limited to, reviewing, testing, and monitoring key internal controls and internal audits, assisting with various government compliance deliverables (Incurred Cost Proposal, Forward Pricing, etc.) and supporting government audit requests. In addition, in a broader support role there will be responsibilities to assist QGOV’s project finance function which involves financial oversight of government funded programs through their contract life cycles, both pre-award and post-award.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry and/or public accounting firm experience
4+ years of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience
CPA, with audit experience
Experience including U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, government cost accounting, manufacturing/inventory accounting, and SOX controls
Government regulatory knowledge with CAS, FAR, DFAR
Aptitude for financial systems and reporting, including Oracle, HFM, TM1, Costpoint, SharePoint, Tableau, in addition to Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Adaptable and flexible to changing business environments, experience working in a global matrixed organization
