- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve key stakeholders in the market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales leadership, managing high performing teams, and driving transformational business growth.
- Experience managing and influencing executive or C-level clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
- Brand building experience and ability to work with internal and external partners across several cultures and geographies.
- Experience as a thought leader, building trusted relationships internally and externally, with ability to influence key decisions and drive consensus on key priorities.
