Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in people management.
Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve key stakeholders in the market.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales leadership, managing high performing teams, and driving transformational business growth.
Experience managing and influencing executive or C-level clients and stakeholders.
Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
Brand building experience and ability to work with internal and external partners across several cultures and geographies.
Experience as a thought leader, building trusted relationships internally and externally, with ability to influence key decisions and drive consensus on key priorities.
