Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT.
7 years of experience in leadership and people management, including managing managers.
Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in business delivery/client engagement and partner management.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of advertising solutions and the online media landscape in programmatic advertising.
Ability to manage commercial leadership and delivering business growth.
Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities.
Ability to set the goal for teams and initiatives in a changing environment and operating in an environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
