Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with TV and/or social ads market, planning and measurement.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Project management, leading and influencing strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience in TV, Paid TV, Influencer Marketing, and competitive landscape (e.g.,competing platforms).
- Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture as needed.
- Proven track record in high productivity and meeting objectives and to be creative, flexible, proactive, thrive in ambiguous situations and exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to communicate with sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills tailoring solutions to both executive level technical product management teams as well as front-line sales teams.
