Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with TV and/or social ads market, planning and measurement.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Project management, leading and influencing strategic and operational initiatives.
Experience in TV, Paid TV, Influencer Marketing, and competitive landscape (e.g.,competing platforms).
Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture as needed.
Proven track record in high productivity and meeting objectives and to be creative, flexible, proactive, thrive in ambiguous situations and exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to communicate with sales teams.
Excellent communication skills tailoring solutions to both executive level technical product management teams as well as front-line sales teams.
