Your Role and Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and track new and existing customers Cloud Savings Program across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud providers.
- Analyze customer business objectives and use the Apptio Cloudability platform to gain insights from reporting, dashboards, and savings programs.
- Perform analysis and present regular operational reviews to customer & Apptio leadership
- Collaborate with an internal global team to grow a strategically important part of the Apptio business
- Partner with other Apptio domain experts to bring together the collective suite of Apptio products to generate insights across customers total IT spend
- Be the voice of the customer, champion, and advocate for customer requirements with our Product and Engineering teams
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years experience in a consultant, Product specialist or analyst role for medium to large-scale business software implementation projects
- 3+ years of customer account management experience
- Consulting experience is highly desirable
- High-level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
- ITIL or equivalent & Project management skills and experience a plus
Language Skills:- Japanese Fluent
- English professional conversational
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of public cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google
- Infrastructure Operations experience
- Strong to expert skills in data analysis/manipulation
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex spreadsheets/data to streamline the underlying processes into the Apptio solution; versed in formulaic logic (e.g., Excel).
- Knowledge and application of relational database concepts
- Skilled at working with large data sets (in Excel, Access, Flat Files), quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues
