Qualifications
- Overall responsibility for owning specific accounts' business to achieve financial and operation objectives in the accounts assigned, which include booking, revenue and market share etc.
- Develops and implements sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products / channels in China for the accounts in charge
- Manage and drive direct selling and distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives
- Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within these key accounts
- Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive
- Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as service team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well
- Interface with Division, Corporate Management on all technical and strategic field issues or trends that occur within responsible territory.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
