Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with multiple first and second line teams and recognized as subject matter expert for event and issue governance

  • Participates in defining the methodology and problem management process leveraged within Retail Bank and Premium Products Risk teams to show adherence of enterprise standard requirements

  • Be recognized as the subject matter expert on the team for control, event, and issue governance

  • Own the Pre-closure quality review process of event and issues for closure

  • Identify key areas of opportunity and trends

  • Tracking and updating process documentation

  • Resolve or escalate impediments as needed

  • Support team with overall governance, reporting and change management

  • Assist with the creation and use of Google slides for the broader team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or Military Experience or at least 1 year of Process Management experience

  • At least 1 year of Risk Management experience

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

  • At least 1 year of Google Suite experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management

  • 2+ years of experience in Governance or Risk Management

  • 2+ years of experience in Change Management
