Responsibilities
Build partnerships with multiple first and second line teams and recognized as subject matter expert for event and issue governance
Participates in defining the methodology and problem management process leveraged within Retail Bank and Premium Products Risk teams to show adherence of enterprise standard requirements
Be recognized as the subject matter expert on the team for control, event, and issue governance
Own the Pre-closure quality review process of event and issues for closure
Identify key areas of opportunity and trends
Tracking and updating process documentation
Resolve or escalate impediments as needed
Support team with overall governance, reporting and change management
Assist with the creation and use of Google slides for the broader team
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Military Experience or at least 1 year of Process Management experience
At least 1 year of Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
At least 1 year of Google Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
2+ years of experience in Governance or Risk Management
2+ years of experience in Change Management
