In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to internal teams for relocation, immigration, and tax programs, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. Your responsibilities include supporting, planning, developing, and implementing streamlined mobility processes to enhance the employee experience.

You will collaborate with internal compliance teams and external immigration vendors to create customized, efficient, and compliant solutions. Additionally, you will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand their mobility needs and deliver tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and alignment with global mobility policies and procedures
  • Manage and oversees execution of relocation and immigration processes and procedures from beginning to end
  • Ensure immigration compliance in partnership with our global compliance team and identity industry best practice
  • Process improvement for global mobility programs and tie back to business objectives
  • Assist in policy and procedure creation that applies to new hires, interns, permanent moves and long term assignments
  • Liaises with employees, managers, and external vendors to facilitate international assignments and relocations specifically in the EMEA region
  • Coordinates visa and work permit applications, tax equalization, housing, and other relocation services for employees
  • Provides specialized support to employees throughout the relocation and immigration process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation related to global mobility activities
  • Assist in broader global mobility initiatives and projects
  • Partner and assist teammates on the Global Mobility team processing relocation and immigration into the all regions with a focus on EMEA
  • Build and maintain Immigration and relocation vendor relationships
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices

Minimum Requirements:

This position will be located at our office in London, UK. Only local candidates will be considered, and an in-office presence is required.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in global relocation, immigration with a focus on EMEA and global mobility tax
  • Desire to continue to learn and grow
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Relationship building
  • Process improvement and planning
  • In Depth Immigration law required
  • Immigration compliance, risk and data tracking
  • Strategic planning and partnership and excel in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-centric mobility solutions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related and applicable experience in Global Mobility;Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to explain complex matters
  • Self starter - must be able to work both independently as well as in a global team environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including Global partners and executives.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Technologically efficient in systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Be a driver, not a passenger
