Ability to engage with Clevel/VP/Director customer personas
Create architectures with data engineers, data scientists, and other technical personas
Expert storytelling and presentation skills across multiple horizontal and vertically specific use cases
Expert technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, data warehousing, database, and/or business intelligence software concepts and products

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage customer engagements independently
Responsible for sharing best practices, content, competitive intelligence, and tips and tricks on major or area of focus globally
Contribute to one or more communities of practice
Stay current on certification of services required for area of responsibility
Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with no assistance including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, demos, and related customer facing communication
Conduct technical workshops with little to no assistance from SA VI or Field Engineers
Lead RFP responses and POC’s
Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun
Engage with internal product management resources to prioritize features and product issues
Independently support demonstrations at marketing events including creating new demos or customizing existing ones
Creation and delivery of existing or new EBC content
Compose blogs, whitepapers, and other thought leadership mechanisms for distribution inside and outside of Informatica
Work is driven by sales objectives
Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Operates independently on sales execution as well as continuous learning
Performs routine administrative tasks such as activity entry, expenses, and enablement with no supervisory guidance
Responsible for mentoring all levels within Technical Sales
Education/Experience
10+ years of relevant experience including all aspects of data management and knowledge of data mesh, data fabric, or other modern, distributed data management strategies
12+ years of presales/technical sales or consulting experience
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
