- Advanced certification on at least 1 Cloud Ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) and 1 data related cloud technology at the level defined by the business
- Expert-level knowledge of Cloud computing security aspects
- Expert-level skills for Informatica or similar data management product
- Ability to engage C-level, VP, Director customer personas
- Collaborate with customers to architect data management solutions
- Expert storytelling and presentation skills across multiple horizontal and vertically specific use cases
- Expert technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and execute on a strategic technical account plan as defined by the business
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagements independently
- Stay current on certification of services related to area of focus
- Perform activities leading up to the delivery of a customized demo including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, and any related customer-facing communication
- Conduct technical workshops with customers with no assistance
- Lead RFP responses and POC’s related to area of focus
- Partner with the CSM team to nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
- Ability to support demos at marketing events independently
- Create and deliver EBC content either at Informatica or onsite with customers
- Compose blogs, whitepapers, and other thought leadership mechanisms
10+ years of experience in data management with knowledge of modern data architectures such as data fabric, data mesh, etc.
- 12 years of prior presales/technical sales or consulting experience
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
- Business level proficiency in English required
