Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To provide the best learning service to own retailand franchisestaff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training support to own retailand franchiseteam to drive retail business and consumer experience
  • Offer training solutions to improve retail KPIs according to long term / short term retail needs.
  • Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs
  • Develop comprehensive training plans and programs to meet own retailand franchisestaff learning needs


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Retail Operation leaders to drive the retail performance
  • Attend business meetings and provide training suggestions
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resources

Training Management

  • Maintain and optimize retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needs.
  • Utilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experience
  • Develop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectiveness

People Management

  • Performance management to direct reports; review and evaluate performance
  • Improve direct reports’ capabilities on both soft skills and functional skills
  • Encourage best practices share among team

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:

  • At least 6-8 years’ experience training development and delivery
  • Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred
