To provide the best learning service to own retailand franchisestaff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training support to own retailand franchiseteam to drive retail business and consumer experience
- Offer training solutions to improve retail KPIs according to long term / short term retail needs.
- Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs
- Develop comprehensive training plans and programs to meet own retailand franchisestaff learning needs
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Retail Operation leaders to drive the retail performance
- Attend business meetings and provide training suggestions
- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resources
Training Management
- Maintain and optimize retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needs.
- Utilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experience
- Develop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectiveness
People Management
- Performance management to direct reports; review and evaluate performance
- Improve direct reports’ capabilities on both soft skills and functional skills
- Encourage best practices share among team
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:
- At least 6-8 years’ experience training development and delivery
- Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred

Educational Background
- University degree or above
PC/Language/Other Skills
- English fluency and Mandarin fluency
