What you’ll be doing:
Nurture existing customers and accelerate our time to revenue
facilitate collaboration between the local account team and headquarter resources
Coordinate strategic projects, executive visits, and day-to-day operations
Identify customer preferences and sales impediments
Qualify new customers and determine revenue opportunities
Develop and implement strategic customer engagement plans
Collaborate with internal business units to ensure competitive products and practices
Frequent international travel may be required
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience in the field.
12+ yrs proven experience in field sales, business development, or presales
Ability to present sophisticated marketing and technical content
Strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers
Experience working with virtual teams and conflicting priorities
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Be very technical and organized
Have stronginterpersonalskills and know-how to work with customers
Knowledge of AI technologies, especially in areas such as Large Language Models and Recommender systems.
