Facilitating project planning through cross-functional collaboration with demand planning, deployment, logistics, engineering teams whilst also adhering to customer and contractual requirements
Work with engineering, product management, sales, finance, business operations, logistics, service, and IT stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and business success
Maintain a proactive approach to risk mitigation through the development of contingencies and scenario planning. Identify, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and risks
Regularly liaise with global finance teams to ensure all financial metrics and project milestones are aligned with key business targets
Partner with demand planning, sales, project teams to ensure allocation and production schedules are optimally aligned with critical quarterly targets
Maintain a high degree of data integrity across an array of systems including; financial, sales, quoting, logistics and business forecasting data
Become the subject matter expert of all operational systems, support the teams with systems troubleshooting and escalations
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard operating procedures related to key Sales Operations processes
Order Lifecycle Management: Assist with order processing, including verifying contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating delivery
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in project management, operations or similar, preferably in a technology or energy-related industry, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or similar
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handling shifting priorities
Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic company
Detail-driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy and speed
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel)
