As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading an engineering team, identifying needs and strengths in order to help
  them excel
• Assisting in the design, development, implementation and utilization of organizational design and development tools and resources.
• Contributing to hands-on platform development activities - coding, debugging,
  and testing
• Conducting code and design reviews with peers; documenting your work, and engaging in process improvement
• Designing and developing DevOps tools to make the software delivery system
  run seamlessly
• Developing processes and tools to monitor, analyze, maintain and improve
  streaming data pipelines usability and observability
• Developing and implementing procedures for automating operational tasks,
  streamlining day-to-day work with focus on FedRAMP and SOX compliance

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, managing and mentoring
  engineering staff
• 8+ years of relevant experience as system or platform engineer with focus on
  cloud services
• +3 years of experience in Information Security, including incident response, intrusion detection, network, systems, and/or application security.
• 8+ years of experience with software development using C/C++, Golang, Python,
  Rust.
• 8+ years of experience with Linux and distributed systems.
