Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide Strategic support for Corporate Functions consisting of Finance, Legal/Compliance, Human Resources, Clinicals, Corporate Marketing, Information Technology, Global Business Services, and the GDET group.
- Partner with and advise TM specialists to deliver solutions.
- Partner with HRLT, HRBPs, and leaders to define, create and measure development initiatives.
- Anticipate changes in talent landscape to address risks and threats to high performance.
- Work independently using specialized depth of knowledge to give guidance on tools, programs, and initiatives to ensure successful implementation of:
- Org Design and development
- Change management
- Engagement and Culture
- Talent Review & Succession Planning
- High Potential and diverse talent development
- Employee Development
- Leader Effectiveness
- Continuous Performance Management
- Design and execute strategic workforce plans in partnership with TA&I.
- Engage with stakeholders within MedSurg and provide best practices to align on Talent Management trends, successful implementation of annual talent processes, and closing skill and capability talent gaps.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Talent management and HR Business Partner experience in several areas such as: Performance Management, Org Design/Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Culture, Talent Review/Succession Planning, HiPo & Diverse Talent Development, Employee Development, Leader & Manager Effectiveness.
- Experience in using Strategic Thinking, Innovation, Adaptability, Influence, Collaboration, Courage, and Execution.
- Ability to influence and align various stakeholders to leverage scalable solutions with little customization.
- Experience working with all levels of leaders up to and including executives.
- Must be able to join meetings with global peers during various times including some outside of normal working hours.
- Must be located in the North America area.
- Travel requirements up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in OD or other related fields.
- 2+ years direct business support experience.
- 3+ years operational workforce talent planning experience.
