PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Consultant role requires deep understanding of the cloud business model, the ERP processes across functional borders, and a service-oriented attitude to achieve customer delight.
The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAPs success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of CSS services.
- Application specific solution consulting (Sales, Supply Chain - Implementation: creation of Fit to standard Workshop, Execution based on a Business Driven Questionaries, validation of test script cases, testing tool implementation and execution, key user enablement training, go live support, and post go live support;
- S4HC Activate methodology and Agile methodology use cases.);
- Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews;
- Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals;
- Strong knowledge in Brazil Localization;
- Cloud ALM execution;
- CBC implementation;
- Sales Localization for entire LATAM customers (mainly Brazil & Mexico).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Live and breathe the cloud business model and the subsequent implications in regard to the implementation & post-implementation service business;
- Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA Cloud customers;
- Articulate the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions;
- Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment;
- Support the industrialization of the implementation process;
- Be actively involved in the preparation, explore, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects;
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage “FIT TO STANDARD” Activate workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;
- Gain expertise in S4HANA SALES & Logistics;
- Gain expertise in different SAP industry solutions;
- High experience delivering NOTA FISCAL solutions;
- Strong Experience delivering External Tax Calculations projects;
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address Withholding solutions and complex challenges around Localization topics in Brazil;
- Drive customer to use DRC solutions and integrated with Legacy content reports;
- Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs;
- Drive Customer Success based on BUSINESS OUTCOMES;
- High Soft Skill to deliver service implementation projects working in transformation projects.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Functional Experience with Sales or Distribution and Logistics applications;
- Being involved on a full cycle implementation in SAP Sales acted as a senior consultant;
- Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processes;
- Understand the Business Process in Sales or Supply chain processes;
- MUST SALES SAP Certification.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Solid Domain and SAP SD experience;
- Knowledge in SAP MM/PP/PM/QM is desirable;
- SD certification is a must;
- IS-Retail solution and retail business knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge in Localization processes in Brazil, Argentina & Mexico (desirable);
- Knowledge on S4HANA Cloud is a plus;
- Well-developed customer focus;
- Good Presentation and high communication skills;
- Good command on English language (Portuguese is a plus);
- Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term);
- High capacity of teamwork builder.

- Portuguese – Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Mandatory);
- Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish (Optional).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
