As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing high stake projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the global supply chain. You will work with focused teams to drive process optimization and automation through RPA and AI technologies.
You will:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Manage critical projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the global supply chain, working in focused teams
• Process Optimization and Automation: Facilitate workshops to optimize processes, focusing on automation through RPA and AI technologies
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and use data to measure and improve process performance
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support project managers, synthesize stakeholder interviews, and ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and customers
• Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and manage risks, comply with policies, and promote a process-mindset across the supply chain

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• Experience in multiple functions within the supply chain, with a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a new and ever-changing environment

Desirable Requirements

• Agile Scrum and Project Management Experience
• Experience with automation, analytics tools and packages
