Description
Under direct supervision, performs routine business systems requirements analysis and systems specifications and design for users:-Identifies and documents business requirements and assists in the analysis and development of systems specifications to solve User business needs.-Communicates directly with Users in the analysis of situations and the status of development.-Analyzes and solves problem areas as identified by end-User and recommends revisions and alternatives.-Provides User training to close system knowledge gaps.-Must be a self starter and able to work with minimum supervision
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 yrs direct experience in a Supply Chain related function with direct experience within Operations
  • At least 3-5 direct experience with SAP Order to Cash processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management IS or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and other related software
  • 6-8 years of experience in Operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working experience in the SD (Order Entry) SAP module is required. In addition, technical support through E-mails, troubleshooting assistance and detailed work instructions for Users is expected. A broad knowledge of the SAP MM, PP, APO, TM and WM modules is also a plus.
  • Strong business knowledge in supply chain or operations experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Additional requirements include excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to prioritize workload, ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as the ability to work with our customers and developers.
