What You’ll Do:

• Craft the Commercial Story: Develop, design, and manage the production of monthly business reviews and other key reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Use your own queries and dashboards to build graphs and reports that clearly illustrate the business's status and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Maintain and Improve Data Sources and Dashboards: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of our data sources and dashboards. Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales operations, product teams, and other cross-functional partners to enhance reporting and insights capabilities. Ensure alignment and integration of data across departments.
• Deliver Ad Hoc Analyses: Provide senior leadership with timely and insightful ad hoc analyzes to support strategic decision-making.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust data quality and validation processes to ensure the integrity of all reports and dashboards.
• Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop forecasts and predictive models to support business planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their data needs and ensuring they have the insights necessary to drive business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proven experience creating and managing high-visibility reports and dashboards
• Proven experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to develop action-oriented and relevant recommendations, with a strong track record of those recommendations leading to meaningful business impact
• Complex query building using SQL
• Data analysis using Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, etc
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of commercial operations with a grasp of relevant metrics and concepts related to sales analytics
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting to groups
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
