What you'll do
The Acceleration BTP Customer Success Partner (CSP) role is responsible for providing technical advisory and guidance to the implementation leaders in their assigned accounts to ensure activation and adoption of the portfolio.
You will proactively partner with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services, and coordinate activities with the Account team.
You are the primary SAP BTP point of contact and will drive alignment across SAP and customers resources.
You will analyze your customer’s technical needs and execute activation plans for your assigned customers.
You will instruct and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with their project goals, SAP strategy and roadmap.
You will be a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
You will work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc.
What you bring
You have a broad understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure and Security
technology domains in the enterprise software world. You have professional knowledge of
cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models. You can understand and consult on
solution architectures. You can partner with a customer to help them articulate goals and get started.
You have strong communication, analytical, presentation and account management skills.
You can host and manage digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience.
You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
You can manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP, as well as
externally with customers and partners.
You can continuously adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
You have a strong sense of accountability. You can tailor, articulate and clearly communication messages relevant to each target audience.
Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services.
Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in
particular S4/HANA.
Experience working in the IT Industry. Your background
could be Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management,
Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
You have a passion for learning new technologies and are excited to try new approaches to drive scalability.
You enjoy problem solving to find the win for the customer in a fast-moving team-based environment.
