How you’ll spend your day
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy, including data governance, tools, and technology to support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the people analytics function, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and outcomes
  • Design and manage HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Use data analytics to support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, with a focus on the unique needs of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage risks associated with HR data, particularly in relation to pharmaceutical regulations
  • Work closely with other departments, such as R&D and Regulatory Affairs, to align HR data initiatives with overall business goals and strategies
Your experience and qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR is required, with a focus on data analytics and people management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR analytics are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
