Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide contract lifecycle support and facilitation. Facilitate high quality contract document management by populating certain types of contracts/agreements using tool-based templates with GCO oversight and facilitating the contracts from automated drafting through signatures, keeping the document for retention purposes. Working on CLM portals like DocuSign.
- Review of flow down provisions in sub-contracting agreements.
- Expected to coordinate with various business teams and assist internal clients of a wide range of seniority in these matters and carry out best practice and other legal and risk responsibilities, where appropriate.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, regular connects with the stakeholder on day-to-day transactions.
- Support junior members with day-to-day queries, provide training on new guidance, settling new joiners.
- Liaising with internal specialist functions including Independence, General Counsel’s Office and Risk Management teams.
- Manage and update process documentation and ensure it is updated time to time.
- Manage legal/Risk Management aspects.
- Support the team in strategies developed to address issues identified.
- Managing own workflow and handhold junior team members with the same. Participate in driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Experience and qualifications
- LLB Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with CLM tools will be preferred
- IT proficient – typing, Windows, Word, Basic Excel and PowerPoint familiarity
