Responsibilities:- Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences- Establish and manage technical product roadmaps, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility- Lead a team that drives the product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities- Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership- Build and lead an effective team via hiring and team skill and culture development
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
  • 5+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers
  • Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Highly skilled at building a strong team culture with a focus on team and individual development
  • Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
  • Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
  • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
  • Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
