JobTitle: Sr. Sales Rep / Sales Account Manager - Fall Protection Purpose of the Job
Principal Responsibilities
Work with relevant team members to:
- Advise the company in terms of market size, growth rate and trends for identified products and as well provide competitive information for the Fall protection market, including fall systems
- Identify key market segmentation and relevant strategy for each segment including marketing events
- Further develop existing sales channels and/ or identify new distributors
- Be responsible for product introduction to match market demand from the wide portfolio of fall systems and PPE / combisafe from Honeywell, in Construction market and work through synergies with high risk managers for growing O&G market
- Identify and approach potential new opportunities and customers in order togrow the business in the region
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of the marketplace and competitor data, so that youare able to position Honeywell as the leading provider of fall protection PPEand systems
- Understand and report on future customer needs and identify solutions that willfurther develop
Honeywell’scapabilities
- Prepare professional, top quality quotations tailored to meet the customerneeds. Quotations reflect realistic technical and commercial commitments(feasibility, cost, timing, resources).
- Providesolutions to both legacy and new product requirements, as appropriate
- Lead all Honeywell activities during the purchase negotiation phase in order tobring the sale to a favorable close
- Respondto customer questions, issues, and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely and effectively with the PPE Sales Back Office
- Trainingand Motivation of Sales Partners Employees and End User Demonstration andSpecification follow up
- GeographicalExpansion – Work with relevant colleagues to develop both end users anddistributors / fall system integrators in the relevant region

Education Required (academicand/or technical education)
- Undergraduate degree from recognized university
Work Experience Required (areaand length of experience)
- 3 years Sales or Business Development Experience in Fall protection and systems
- Experience in both managing a distribution channel and sales to direct end users
Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required (specific skills and knowledgerequired for the position)
- Technical Sales background advantageous
