Qualifications
  • 7+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
Responsibilities

  • Create a jointModern Worksales plan with your set of Territory Partners that is designed to driveModern Worksales.
  • Institute a regularSales Rhythm to ensure sales execution
  • Lead a monthly Sales ROB to ensure scale execution. Provide support for any commercial/tech blockers through an extended team of resources.
  • Sales Readiness and Deal Coaching
  • Accelerate sales performance through your Territory Partners.Coachthe partneron theModern Workvalue conversation. Support scale campaigns to acceleraterevenue growth. Actas aconduit between the Partner and Microsoftsellers.
  • Leverage Programs/Investments to accelerate deals
  • Leverage all incentives,programsand available resources to ensure deal acceleration and execution
  • Manage top deals
  • Support the partner in driving top key dealsto deliver revenue impact to the business.Assistin removing blockers and coach oncompetechallenges.
