Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering
- 5+ years of as working on large building construction.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Experience in design and task management of K12 or Higher Ed projects.
- Experience with cost estimating and services during construction projects.
- Proficient in use of Bluebeam, Prolog, Kahua, MS Project, Primavera P6
