Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, Architecture, or related
- 3+ years of related construction project engineering or management experience with construction building projects
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Experience in design and construction management of K12 or Higher Ed projects.
- Experience with managing controls, construction schedules and field services during construction projects.
- Proficient in use of Bluebeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite,
