- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of as a Project Manager in Engineering organization
- Proven K-12 or educational construction building experience
- Experience in utilizing PMIS (ex: Prolog, Kahua) and MS Project/Primavera P6
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
