Responsibilities:

• Analyze freight data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and cost reduction.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as freight spend, carrier performance, transit times, and shipment accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics operations, procurement, and finance to interpret data, address challenges, and drive strategic decision-making.

• Support root cause analysis on freight discrepancies, delays, and other issues to propose corrective actions and process improvements.

• Use statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast freight volumes, capacity needs, and pricing trends.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business initiatives and projects related to freight management, including RFQs.

• Stay current with industry trends, standard processes, and technologies in freight analytics and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
