Job Description
This role involves a strategic blend of leadership, individual contributor, operational expertise, and international logistics management and skill set to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of goods within the KLA network especially around the European Union, United Kingdom and Israel as well as a broader global logistics framework. There will be up to 50% of travel required. This individual would be responsible for:
- Logistics Systems Management
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Transportation Overall and Daily Flow
- Freight Audit/Payment Support
- Lead Logistics Projects to Optimize Continuous Operational Improvements
- Design and Implement Logistics Solutions for Optimization
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics related position
- Proven experience in global freight and logistics management
- Proficient working with various ERP & TMS systems, including database knowledge – e.g. eProcure, GTS, SAP, ARGO, Ariba, Snowflake to name a few
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- International logistics network experience a plus
- Experience with supply chain optimization models and analysis
- Project management
- Strong communications and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Strong computer and financial assessment and modeling skills
