What you will do:

  • Work closely with account solutions architects and sales account managers to identify key projects to sell Red Hat solutions

  • Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans

  • Attain the trust of senior IT and business executives of key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers

  • Develop new product strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations

  • Work closely with product teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Support to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat's offerings

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience with partners of software solutions, with focus in public sector market.

  • Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain

  • 8+ years of partners relationship experience, focused on key or strategic top accounts

Proven track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations

  • Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills (both in Portuguese and English);

  • Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services

  • Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers

  • Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills

  • Advanced English level is mandatory

  • Spanish is highly desired
