What you will do:
Work closely with account solutions architects and sales account managers to identify key projects to sell Red Hat solutions
Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans
Attain the trust of senior IT and business executives of key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers
Develop new product strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations
Work closely with product teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Support to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat's offerings
What you will bring:
Proven experience with partners of software solutions, with focus in public sector market.
Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain
8+ years of partners relationship experience, focused on key or strategic top accounts
Proven track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations
Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills (both in Portuguese and English);
Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services
Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills
Advanced English level is mandatory
Spanish is highly desired
