• Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients in warehouse automation
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
• Build relationships through networking, outreach, and industry events
• Qualify leads and assess client requirements and pain points
• Provide technical expertise and consultation on automation solutions
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market and customer feedback to guide product development and marketing
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minor in Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or business development in warehouse automation/material handling
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients without pre-existing contacts
• Strong technical understanding of automation technologies, conveyors, sortation equipment, and industrial systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience in international warehouse automation markets
• Background in advanced automation product launches
