Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring all digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of the target audience.
Conduct and oversee user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking toidentifyinsights, opportunities, and best practices
Create and present strategic deliverables, such as personas, journey maps, value propositions, service blueprints, and roadmaps
Data- Driven Insights

Technology & Innovation:
Stay at the forefront of digital trends andemergingtechnologies,identifyingopportunities to innovate and enhance the customer experience.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields
At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
track recordof leading and delivering successful digital experience projects for large and complex clients across various industries and sectors
Strong knowledge and skills in user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking methods and tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, and the ability to communicate complex and abstract concepts in a clear and compelling way
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and client-oriented, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
