As a HRGeneralist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providingcomprehensive HR support and responsible for managing various HR operations,including employee relations, performance management and HR policies. Yourexpertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive thesuccess of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate withcross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support ourbusiness objectives. You will report directly to our HR Director and you’llwork out of our Itajubá, Brazil location. In this role, you will impact theorganization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture,and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.
• Manageemployee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, andconflict resolution
• Supportperformance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews,and development plans
• Partnerwith talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for theorganization
• Ensurecompliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Develop andimplement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
• Provideguidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulationsYOU MUSTHAVE
• 5+ years ofexperience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and performancemanagement, and union negotiations
• Strongknowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experiencein managing employee relations, including investigations and conflictresolution, as well as experience in negotiations with unions
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand collaborate effectively, especially in negotiation settings
• Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
