* Manage a team of Administrative Assistants across local and international offices: run staff meetings, set and track team goals, give regular feedback, support career growth, and handle hiring and onboarding.* Update, document, and improve administrative processes and tools to make daily operations more efficient.* Lead projects that improve the admin team’s operations, such as managing office space, onboarding new hires, developing training materials, running morale events, and building mentorship programs.* Plan and schedule office events, including team meetings, orientations, trainings, and offsites.* Track and manage the employee engagement budget for the admin team, ensuring spending is aligned to team priorities.* Share updates and information from leadership and cross-functional partners with the admin team.* Coordinate recruiting activities for open admin roles, working with recruiting partners as needed.* Build strong working relationships with senior executives and their teams across the organization.
  • 2-5 years of people management experience
  • Prior EA experience supporting an executive
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to lead others through ambiguity
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense
  • Ability to work independently, handle frequently changing needs, and delegate tasks when necessary
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with the ability to anticipate change and act efficiently
  • Poised under pressure with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion and desire to make things work better
  • Experience with a Mac, as well as with Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, and other productivity tools
  • Experience building successful mentorship programs
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
