Education/Certification/Experience:
- Associate’s degree required but preferred fields in accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of business-to-business collections experience.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of collections processes and credit policies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working with large volumes of accounts in a B2B environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in Accounting systems required (e.g., JDE, HighRadius).
- Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods at a workstation or mobile equipment.
Visual Acuity:
- Perform computer work, prepare and analyze data, and extensive reading.
Working Environment:
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on-site visits (i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
