Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering & Culture Shaping

  • Serve as the lead advisor to managers and employees, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

  • Partner with Thailand leaders to shape and execute the People Strategy aligned with business priorities.

  • Drive leadership effectiveness and team development through proactive coaching and strategic workforce interventions.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador by embedding values and behaviors that unlock innovation and agility.

  • Sponsor DEI Initiatives to create a more inclusive working environment across SEA.

  • Act as a driver and accelerator of regional and global HR programs and change initiatives.

  • Influence and collaborate across HR Centre of Excellence for HR initiatives design and implementation.

  • Providing leadership continuity and representation for SEA HR Team in addition to the Senior Director, HR SEA.

Transformational HR Execution

  • Translate strategy into execution. Lead the deployment of global, regional and local HR initiatives across talent, performance, and engagement.

  • Enable workforce planning and organisation design to future-proof talent structures and capability pipelines.

  • Lead change management plans to support organizational and culture evolution.

Operational Excellence & People Enablement

  • Manage the full range of day-to-day HR Partnering of HR core cycle and operations for the Thailand team on recruitment, on-boarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, promotions & adjustments, training & development, etc.

  • Elevate process efficiency and effectiveness across the employee lifecycle by streamlining HR delivery.

  • Drive people-related compliance and governance as the HR lead for local entities—ensuring audit readiness and risk mitigation.

Site Leadership & Employee Experience

  • Act as the HR representative and face of the function on site—championing employee experience through moments that matter.

  • Lead site initiatives such as engagement campaigns, workplace activations, and local branding efforts that reinforce belonging and pride.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of key HR touchpoints such as performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

Collaborative Ecosystem & Influencing at Speed

  • Influence across the matrix—partnering with HR COEs, Talent, Rewards, TA, Finance, and key business stakeholders.

  • Act as a driver and accelerator of regional and global HR programs and change initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven HR strategist with expertise across workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and employee experience.

  • Strong consulting mindset: can diagnose issues, broker solutions, and influence without authority.

  • Proven track record in leading HR Teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Agile thinker with a balance of commercial acumen and people empathy.

  • Adept in analytics and digital tools to drive decisions through insights.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in a matrix environment.

  • Brings creativity to problem-solving and energy to team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in dynamic, international environments
