What your job will look like:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance on-site and remotely
  • Onboarding new employees; equipment, laptop, software, and permissions
  • Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records
  • Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues
  • Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems, and Infosec teams with troubleshooting
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Follow-up and update ticket status and information to the customer
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager
All you need is:
  • At least 3 years proven experience as an IT technician or other IT support role
  • Background and training certificate in the field of PC computing\Networking
  • Good understanding of computer systems, Windows, iOS, hardware, mobile devices, and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
  • Minimum one year experience supporting Linux
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems
  • Experience with Conference room technologies, Teams, Zoom, Webex
  • Customer-oriented and service-oriented
