Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance on-site and remotely
Onboarding new employees; equipment, laptop, software, and permissions
Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records
Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues
Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems, and Infosec teams with troubleshooting
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Follow-up and update ticket status and information to the customer
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager
All you need is:
At least 3 years proven experience as an IT technician or other IT support role
Background and training certificate in the field of PC computing\Networking
Good understanding of computer systems, Windows, iOS, hardware, mobile devices, and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
Minimum one year experience supporting Linux
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems
Experience with Conference room technologies, Teams, Zoom, Webex
